TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to La Fleuriste HK. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. ORDERS
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the
right to substitute flowers of similar value and style if
specific varieties are unavailable due to seasonal supply,
while keeping the overall look and colour scheme as close
to the original as possible.

2. PRICING
All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are
subject to change without prior notice. The price charged
will be the price displayed at the time of order
confirmation.

3. PICKUP & DELIVERY
Please refer to our Pickup & Delivery page for details on
pickup locations, delivery fees and delivery timeframes.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially
during peak seasons.

If the recipient is unavailable and we are unable to reach
either the sender or recipient, the order will be returned
to us and additional delivery fees may apply for
redelivery.

4. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Orders may be cancelled or changed by messaging us on
WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once an order has entered
production or has been dispatched for delivery, it can no
longer be cancelled or changed.

5. REFUNDS & QUALITY ISSUES
As fresh flowers are perishable, we do not offer refunds
for change of mind. If there is an issue with the quality
of your order upon arrival, please contact us on WhatsApp
within 24 hours with photos, and we will review and
resolve the matter on a case-by-case basis.

Preserved flowers and character floral art are made to
order. As each piece is handcrafted, we do not accept
cancellations once production has begun.

6. CUSTOM & WEDDING ORDERS
Custom orders, including wedding flowers, require full
payment to confirm booking. Payment is non-refundable once
a booking is confirmed, as materials and time are reserved
for your order.

7. PRODUCT IMAGES
Product images are for reference only. As flowers are
natural products, actual colours, sizes and varieties may
vary slightly due to seasonal availability.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including images, designs and
text, is the property of La Fleuriste HK and may not be
reproduced without permission.
