LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer door-to-door delivery across Hong Kong at a flat rate of HK$100.

Remote areas and outlying islands are charged at HK$400,
Including: Ma Wan, Sunny Bay, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lantau Island (including Tung Chung, Hong Kong Disneyland, and Hong Kong International Airport), and Lamma Island.

Standard Delivery:
Fresh flowers: 1 - 3 business days.
Preserved flowers and character floral art: 5 business days, as each piece is made to order.

Same-Day Delivery (Subject to Availability):
Message us on WhatsApp before 4PM to check if same-day delivery is available. This is not guaranteed and depends on our current order volume.

PEAK SEASON
During peak seasons (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas and Chinese New Year), please place your order early, as delivery slots fill up quickly.

DELIVERY ISSUES
If the recipient is unavailable and we are unable to reach either the sender or recipient, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time. Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery.
