Yes, you can add your message at checkout and we'llinclude it on a gift card with your order.
Where can I pick up my order?
We offer free pickup at Kwai Fong MTR Station.
Please WhatsApp us to arrange a pickup time after placing your order.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we deliver door-to-door across Hong Kong at a flat rate of HK$100 (HK$400 for remote areas and outlying islands).
Can I get same-day delivery?
Message us on WhatsApp before 4PM to check if same-day delivery is available.
This is not guaranteed and depends on our current order volume.
How long does delivery take?
Fresh flowers: 1 -3 business days.
Preserved flowers and character floral art: 5 business days, as each piece is made to order.
What's the difference between fresh and preserved flowers?
Fresh flowers are cut blooms that last about a week with proper care.
Preserved flowers are real flowers specially treated to keep their beauty for a long time, with no watering needed.
Can I customise my bouquet?
Yes, message us on WhatsApp with your preferred colours, flowers and budget, and we'll prepare a custom design for you.
